Alligator Ridge Gold Mine is located off the road to Ruby Marshes that heads north from Hwy 50 to the east of Eureka, Nevada. It is a Gold Mine that goes in and out of production depending on the price of gold. I was lucky enough to catch it a couple of times when production was shut down and was able to collect some great Nevada Wonderstone (Ryolite) there. The best place I've come across to collect it.
