The Kaiser Mine is off of Hwy. 361 north of the town of Gabbs, Nevada and east of Fairview Peak. Fluorine-Fluorite and some Silver was mined there. Fluorine-Fluorite was used for flux in steel manufacture, opalescent glass, enamels for cooking utensils, hydrofluoric acid, high-performance telescopes, camera lens'. I found some Flourite, Jasper and Agate in the area.
