The Fairview collecting area is south of Fairview Peak under Slate Mountain in Churchill County, Nevada. It is ajacent to the southern border of the Naval Bombing Range. There is a lot of agate in seams and marbles and also some really nice Red and Yellow Jasper. I climbed Slate Mountain and saw a group of Bighorn Sheep Yews on top.
